Want to participate in Melbourne Design Week 2025?

Melbourne Design Week (MDW) is an annual 11-day program of talks, tours, exhibitions and workshops that celebrate and interrogate design in Australia’s design capital through its varied disciplines, including: communication design, industrial design, service design, gaming, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, fashion, craft and functional art. The program provides a platform for designers, educators, businesses and the community to come together to share ideas, show and sell new work, and consider how design can be used as a force for good in an increasingly complex and precarious world.

MDW is one of the Asia-Pacific’s largest design festivals with over 1,300 designers, 400 events and exhibitions, and 100,000 visitors across Melbourne, its suburbs and the regions. In 2025, MDW returns for its ninth year to celebrate design from 15-25 May.

Individuals and organisations can apply to participate in the Melbourne Design Week 2025 satellite program by submitting an expression-of-interest.

Expressions-of-interests are now open and close on 20 January 2025.
