DIAS is the student arm of the NSW branch of the Design Institute of Australia. DIAS is 'one of a kind' and holds a range of regular, design-related activities for both student and professional members of the NSW design community. Celebrating its seventh birthday this year, the student council continues to offer students and professionals the chance to mix, collaborate, and develop through formal and informal gatherings.
The purpose of the DIAS council is to promote and facilitate design passion between students, educators and practitioners of all design disciplines. In 2009 DIAS will host seven uniquely themed events that exemplify design and design related issues of the here and now.
For further information about DIAS events, visit our Events page. Or to join, contact us at diasnsw@design.org.au.
