International Affiliations

The DIA is part of an international network of design organisations and has full member status as a professional body with ICSID, IFI and ICOGRADA.

These international bodies are organisations that have design organisations as members, rather than individual designers.

International Council of Societies of Industrial Design

International Federation of Interior Architects/Interior Designers

ICOGRADA

International Council of Graphic Design Associations

This means that DIA members have access to an international network as well as an Australian one.

The DIA appoints representatives to these organisations and many senior professionals find it worthwhile to extend their interest into this international arena following their time as directors of the DIA.
