The Spice Girls may have lost their zest, but their spirit lives on in a delightfully quirky range of oil pourers from UI Design, a Taiwanese industrial design practice.
Kerukeru (the Spice Dolls) is a range of colourful, specially designed heads that control the amount of oil, vinegar or salad dressing you want to pour over your favourite meal.
The combination of a special spoon head inside the top to allow allow precise regulation of the liquid flow, and the sleek looks and beautiful colours were a good enough combination to win a coveted 2009 China Red Star Design Award for the company.
